The Golden Eagle Golf resort is set within a 540 hectare site close to the Silver Coast and 40 minutes drive North of Lisbon. The course is one of the longest in Portugal. It was designed by Rocky Roquemore and is bidding to host the Ryder Cup in 2016.

Impressive expansion plans including restaurants, shopping area (village), a multiplex cinema, bank, health clinic and commercial area. 540 hectares of rolling Portuguese countryside close to Silver Coast and Lisbon.

The Western Algarve is a firm favourite with UK holiday-makers but this very situation makes it heavily reliant upon the UK and Ireland to drive demand and unlock investment potential. The Lisbon regions, however, have comparable (if not better) access via Lisbon airport for overseas tourism but also have the added advantage of being attractive to the domestic market. This gives investors a wide range of options – Buy-to-Let (UK and Portuguese), lifestyle, traditional holiday rental, golf, or re-sale.

Fully mature Championship golf course of over 6,600m (the largest course in Portugal) designed by acclaimed American architect Rocky Roquemore
