- London: Deal structuring, developing and sales in most central London postcodes.

Golden Eagle Golf Resort - Bulgaria: St George’s Palace Ski Resort, Bansko: established JV with Bulgarian partner; purchased site and obtained planning consent; managed development of master planning, design & specification of 157 apartments (studio,1,2,3 bed & penthouses); arranged funding through pre-sales and small bank loan; sold 120 apartments ;completed 5* development in June 2010with GDV of €20m.
St Georges Village, Bansko: purchased site and obtained planning consent; managed development of master planning, design and 5* specification of 48 ski/holiday chalets; project mothballed in 2009 because of recession. GDV circa €12m.
St Georges Plaza, Bansko: purchased site and obtained planning consent for 65 ski/holiday apartments; developed concept design; site mothballed in 2009 because of recession. GDV circa €10m.
Boyana Investment Ltd (BIL): BIL purchased a large site in Sofia for a mixed use development of circa 40,000m²; project mothballed in 2009 because of recession. GDV > €100m. - Grenada: Purchased 10.5 acres of beachfront land and obtained planning consent for 5* apart- hotel of 130 apartments; managed development of master planning, design & specification; negotiated tax concessions with Grenada Government and management agreement with Six Senses. GDV US $140m.
2. The business has a significant proprietary client database to which, along with the use of other sales channels, it intends to pre-sell a large proportion of the units in its current and future developments.
